Artistar is a digital platform for sales, inventory, events, and catalog management designed for artists and creative sellers. The platform is operated by its founders, headquartered in the city of Santos, State of São Paulo, Brazil, and is currently undergoing legal formalization.

2. WHO THIS POLICY APPLIES TO

This Policy applies to all users who access, register for, or use the Artistar platform, regardless of their geographic location. The platform is available to users in Brazil and other countries, such as the United Arab Emirates, and may expand to additional regions.

If you are under 18 years of age, this Policy should be reviewed together with your legal guardian, who must also consent to the processing of your data as described herein.

3. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

3.1 Data Provided by You

When creating an Artistar account, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address

While using the platform, you may also voluntarily provide:

• Images and photos of your products
• Product descriptions, prices, and categories
• Information about events in which you will participate
• Any other content you choose to add to your catalog

3.2 Data Collected Automatically

During your use of the platform, we may automatically collect basic technical information such as:

• IP address
• Device and browser type
• Date and time of access
• Pages visited within the platform

Important: Artistar does not use behavioral tracking or advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar technologies. Organic traffic through search engines is currently the only method used to analyze platform access.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Create and manage your account
• Confirm your email address during registration
• Provide platform features (catalogs, inventory, events, and sales)
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Send marketing communications and platform updates
• Notify you of changes to this Policy or the Terms of Use
• Ensure the security and integrity of the platform

5. DATA SHARING

Artistar does not sell, rent, or commercially distribute your personal data to third parties.

Your data may only be shared in the following situations:

• Technical service providers, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, necessary for platform operation;
• Compliance with legal obligations when required by law, court order, or competent authority;
• Protection of rights when necessary to defend the rights and interests of Artistar or other users.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

User data is stored on servers located in the United States through cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS or Google Cloud. By using Artistar, you acknowledge and consent that your data may be transferred to and processed outside Brazil.

Such transfers are carried out with the safeguards required to ensure an adequate level of data protection, in accordance with Article 33 of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

7. COOKIES

Artistar uses essential cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to ensure the basic functionality of the platform, such as maintaining your active session after login.

We do not use tracking, advertising, or behavioral analytics cookies.

You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, doing so may affect certain platform functionalities.

8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Your data will be retained as long as your account remains active.

If you request account deletion:

• Your personal data (name and email) will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days of the request;
• The content you created (products, catalogs, and events) will be removed from active systems;
• We may retain minimal records for the period required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

9. DATA SECURITY

Artistar adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure. These measures include email-and-password authentication and storage on cloud infrastructure that follows recognized security standards.

However, no system is completely secure. In the event of a security incident that may affect your data, we commit to notifying you as required under the LGPD.

10. MINORS

Artistar is accessible to users of all ages. However:

• For users under 13 years old (children), registration and data processing are only permitted with the express consent of a legal guardian, as provided by Article 14 of the LGPD;
• For users aged 13 to 17 (teenagers), we recommend registration be completed with the knowledge and supervision of a legal guardian.

When registering a user under 18 years old, the legal guardian declares awareness of this Policy and consents to the data processing described herein. If we discover that we have collected a child's data without the required consent, we will promptly delete such data.

11. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LGPD

If you are a resident of Brazil, the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) grants you the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request confirmation that we process your data and obtain a copy of it;
• Correction: request correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Deletion: request deletion of data processed based on your consent;
• Portability: request transfer of your data to another service provider;

By registering with Artistar, you may receive marketing communications regarding new features, updates, and platform news.

You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each message or by contacting our support team directly.

Transactional emails (such as registration confirmation and password reset emails) cannot be disabled, as they are essential to the operation of your account.

15. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, particularly the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD) and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the District of Santos, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
